Product Description

Chevetol Hydraulic Oils are designed to meet the requirements of normal hydraulic & circulating systems. The oils are formulated with superior quality mineral oil and synergistic additives for imparting anti-wear, anti-corrosion, oxidation inhibition and anti-foam properties.

Applications / Recommendations

  • Chevetol Hydraulic Oils are designed for hydraulic power transmission systems operating at moderate to high pressures, speeds and temperature.

  •  Recommended for all types of industrial as well as mobile equipment like forklift, trucks, dumpers, molding and various hydraulic equipment.

  • Also used in circulation, ring oiling and splash lubrication systems in industrial machinery.

For best performance, contamination of Chevetol Hydraulic Oils with other lubricants such as detergent motor oils should be avoided.

Measuring Method

Viscosity is measured in accordance with ASTM D 445 method.
Viscosity Index is measured in accordance with ASTM D 2270 method.
Pour Point (°C) is measured in accordance with ASTM D 97 method.
Flash Point (°C) is measured in accordance with ASTM D 92 method.
Copper Strip Corrosion is measured in according with ASTM D130 for 3 hours at 100°C.
Rust Characteristics Test is measured in accordance with ASTM D665 method. ASTM D665/A and ASTM D665/B are showing same results.
Foaming characteristics (ml max) measures the quantity of the foam after 10 minutes setting time.
* Foaming characteristics at 24°C after testing at 93.5°C
